Protection of Personal Data

This "Clarification Text" has been prepared for shareholders, references, suppliers, supplier employees/officials and visitors whose personal data we process.

As Vertra Çelik Endüstrisi Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your related rights within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK").

I- Data Controller

The Company operates at the headquarters address of Huzur Mahallesi Azerbaycan Caddesi B Blok No:4B/156 Sarıyer/ISTANBUL and we process your personal data consisting of financial, physical space security, visual and audio records, communication, identity, professional experience, personal and health data as a data controller within the scope of KVKK.

II-Purpose for which Personal Data will be Processed

Your personal data conducting emergency management processes, conducting employee candidate/trainee/student selection and placement processes, conducting application processes of employee candidates, fulfilling the obligations arising from the employment contract and legislation for employees, conducting fringe benefits and interests processes for employees, conducting audit/ethical activities, conducting training activities, conducting activities in accordance with the legislation, conducting financial and accounting affairs, ensuring physical space security, conducting assignment processes, following and conducting legal affairs, conducting communication activities, planning human resources processes, execution/supervision of business activities, execution of occupational health/safety activities, execution of goods/service procurement processes, organization and event management, execution of performance evaluation processes, execution of risk management processes, execution of storage and archive activities, execution of contract processes, Ensuring the security of movable goods and resources, carrying out supply chain management processes, ensuring the security of data controller operations, foreign personnel work, residence permit procedures, providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, carrying out management activities and creating and monitoring visitor records.

III- To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred

Your personal data will be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal obligations; with our accounting office consultancy firm supplier for the purposes of carrying out financial and accounting affairs, carrying out goods / service procurement processes, and carrying out communication activities.

IV-Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are obtained verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods based on the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK; explicit consent, fulfillment of legal obligations, stipulated by law, signing a contract and legitimate interests of the data controller. In this context, it is processed by non-automatic methods through phone calls, face-to-face communication, signing contracts, issuing invoices, etc.; It is processed by automatic methods through the camera recording system in common areas and e-mail transmission.

Your Rights under Article 11 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller by filling in all the information specified in the application form regarding your requests regarding your rights under the heading "Rights of the data subject" within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK;

Your requests in your application will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged.
